The "C" in France -- 26 days from Paris to Avignon In May, 2008, I rode from Roissy, northeast of Paris, to Avignon via Normandy, Brittany, and the Dordorge, Lot and Tarn river valleys. The trip lasted 26 days, covered about 1100 miles, and was the tour of a lifetime!

The ride through the gorges of the Dordorge, Lot and Tarn rivers were a particular highlight.
