This website provides point and click bike routing for Europe. While the website is in Dutch, the link above goes to a page in English that describes how to use the planning pages.

To plan a route, you click at the start and end points of your tour and three routes are generated. All this is described at the above link.

While I tested the site with a random starting and stopping point, I had trouble using the planner because all of the controls are in Dutch and I couldn't figure out how to do simple things like move the map after I zoomed in.

Nonetheless, an impressive piece of web software.
